In addition to her wonderful work I was so pleased to have Lou as part of our day because of super sweet and calm demeanour – with myself, Mum and six bridesmaids all getting ready in one room there was a risk that it could have felt chaotic, instead we all enjoyed being pampered as a lovely start to our day and Louise was central to this. A huge thank you and if I ever successfully persuade my husband that we should do it all again, I’ll definitely be calling you!”
